Finding ways to make our cafe run better

We have a small cafe, and there is very little space to prepare food. As a result, we get most of our food at least partially prepared at a commercial kitchen so that we can just finish it off on site. We love to get food that is as healthy and tasty as possible, so we like to try and find yummy and healthy options.
